RM6088 is GCA's existing Construction Works and Associated Services framework. It has 111 appointed suppliers and remains available to public-sector buyers until 31 March 2027, but it is not open to new supplier applications. RM6320 / CWAS3 will replace it. This page retains an older URL; the agreement described here is RM6088.
Use the named sectors and geography to research fit, then read the specific lot requirements. Confirm scope, financial thresholds, evidence and capacity before committing bid resources.
If new applications are unavailable, check whether appointed contractors have relevant subcontract opportunities and a published supplier-registration route. Appointment to a framework does not guarantee work for a contractor or its supply chain.
A clear website and LinkedIn presence can support recognition and explain relevant experience. They do not replace formal eligibility or determine a procurement score unless the published criteria provide for that evidence.
